Requirements:

Must be 40lbs or under to attend daycare.

All dogs must provide written verification of current immunizations and preventatives, including:  Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and both flea and tick preventative. 

All dogs must be spayed/neutered.

All dogs must be at least 6 months of age.
